Tuning

TUNING

The most common service a piano requires is tuning.  At least once every six months, the piano should be tuned to restore it to pitch. Due to the complexity of the instrument, and the variances in each pianos scale design, this should be done by a qualified technician with sufficient experience to ensure that the piano is properly tuned and the tuning is stable.

REGULATION

VOICING

Voicing is the finishing touch on the refinement of tone, and should only be done after the piano is tuned and regulated properly.
